“OCICA OSHIAGE TOKYO” has introduced new staff uniforms.

In spring 2025, “OCICA OSHIAGE TOKYO” opened in the Oshiage area of Tokyo and introduced our group’s first official staff uniforms, including jackets and T-shirts.

This project, produced in its entirety by SOOWOOD CO.,LTD. was developed based on the hotel’s core concept “Color Your Life” and in collaboration with local creators and artisans.

The uniforms were crafted in partnership with Vivanest Penguin, a local clothing repair atelier based in Sumida, and Tomita Embroidery, known for their refined embroidery techniques. Every detail, including the embroidery, has been carefully finished with precision and care.

The T-shirts, worn alongside the uniforms, were designed based on the original key visuals of the hotel. Produced in collaboration with KIPS, a Sumida-based domestic OEM garment factory with over 100 years of history, the T-shirts offer both reliable quality and exceptional comfort.

Each staff member's name tag is custom-made in their own "oshi color" (favorite color), making each one unique and personal.

The hotel’s opening key visuals were created by AiLeeN, an illustrator residing in Sumida Ward. Her work, known for its pop and delicate touch, beautifully captures the hotel’s multifaceted appeal through three distinct illustrations:

These visuals are also showcased throughout the hotel and featured in original merchandise, adding vibrance and personality to the guest experience.

Through the production of uniforms and merchandise, we aim to offer more than just clothing or items—we deliver experiential value imbued with local culture, craftsmanship, and heart.
