R Hotel Namba East was designed around the concept of “a stay gently connected to the city,” valuing the unique flow of people and atmosphere found in the Namba and Takatsu areas.
While close to tourist and lifestyle areas such as Kuromon Market, Nipponbashi, and Namba, the hotel offers a bright and refreshing atmosphere where guests can relax and unwind.
Natural light and greenery are incorporated into the lobby and common areas, creating a space where guests can begin their stay feeling as if they have stopped by a street corner cafe. This hotel is not only a base for your travels, but also a place where your stay itself will remain as a memory of Osaka.
◾️Design Concept: “Urban Calm”
R Hotel Namba East's design builds upon the core values of the R HOTEL series—simple, streamlined architecture, functionality suited for extended stays, and neutral design that complements the city's character—while reflecting the unique qualities of the Takatsu area, conveniently close to Namba.
With textured finishes and a subdued color palette as its foundation, it creates a space where guests can feel a “quiet space” set apart from the bustle outside. It is an urban retreat-like hotel where travelers can gather their thoughts between journeys.

R Hotel Namba East offers a variety of room types to suit your purpose and number of guests. The rooms feature a natural, simple, and functional design to fit various scenarios, such as sightseeing, business, and workation.
All rooms prioritize “quality sleep” so you can rest your body after a day of walking around the city or working.
We use Thomas-Symonds mattresses, which have a proven track record in the R HOTEL series, ensuring a comfortable stay for both short and long stays.
